Kevin Jimenez

An experienced professional in the fitness industry for more than 19 years, Kevin has worked for both the NYC and NYS Dept of Parks and Recreation. Kevin began his career in Aquatics as a lifeguard at Orchard Beach in the Bronx, and went on to pursue a career in fitness mangement with American Leisure, a position he held for 7 years. Kevin holds certifications in CPR, First Aid, Lifeguard Training, Pool Operation, Parks & Recreation Specialist and Water Safety Instruction. Kevin is an Authorized American Red Cross Instructor and has been teaching for more than 12 years.

Julian Vasquez

Julian has over 23 years experience in Aquatics and Fitness.  He began lifeguarding in 1986 for the NYC dept of Parks and recreation.  In 1999, he took the position of director of program developement for fitness and aquatics at the Bronx House, JCC a position he held for 9 years.  He currently heads a recreation and therapuetic learn to swim program at a middle school in westchester. Julian is an authorized American Red Cross instructor and has been teaching health and safety courses for more than 12 years.  He holds certifications in Lifeguard Training, Guard start, CPR/AED, First Aid, Water Safety Instructor, Adaptive Aquatics, Group Exercise and Personal Training.
